Ballet Tennessee gratefully acknowledges generous support from A Night To Remember. This funding supports goals to reflect diversity in cultural programming, to provide positive alternatives to at-risk youth, and provide mentorship and personal empowerment so that youth may envision their unique gifts and achieve their fullest potential. Since 1997 the model dance education programs Dance Alive and TIP Identification Program have impacted the lives of 1600 low-income youth. Participants have expressed delight in learning about dance, increases in confidence and life skills, and some have gone to pursue college and professional dance careers.
